It is,I've been all over the western part of the lake,out to isle royal several times. Dad had a couple of nice used boats a 36 and 38 ft crist craft steel hull boats.
They were regulare pleasure boats made in the 60s I believe. they road really nice in the choppy water, pretty common boats back in the 80s up their. Way better than fiberglass.
Totally agree. I knew a guy refurbing one; big job but worth it. Didn’t know much about smaller steel hulls until I got deep into the marine world; thanks for reminding me?! Smaller as in smaller than a Trawler...
