Martin Foley says only vaccinated Victorians will have freedoms under the state's roadmap out of COVID-19 lockdown

The Health Minister warned Victorians who choose not to get vaccinated against coronavirus will not be able to enjoy summer this year as freedoms will only be granted to those who are double dosed.

Health Minister Martin Foley has warned unvaccinated Victorians will miss out on extra freedoms this summer as the state government launches a campaign to remind residents that vaccines are the "ticket" out of lockdown.
