Okidoki: lemme try to tl;dr you this: microscopy analysis of Moderna (M$-Va😵ine) shows strange structures, some bigger than blood cells.

Expert are unable to say if it’s dirt or designed for a yet uncommunicated action.

There little rod shaped things in the Moderna shot. The scientist isn't comfortable enough to conclude if it's dust that got in or if it's something that Moderna put in there on purpose, but it's not anything that's listed as an ingredient. The rods are seen in the photos to stick end to end as he took the images.
