Could be an error with the security type camera that captured it. The frame rate seems low to begin with and it would just take a couple missing frames to create this look. Not necessarily nefarious.
This... it’s not a continuous video surveillance. A lot of systems will record like this, every other frame or more depending on how much hard drive space/type of security plan , etc.,. Nothing to freak out about, plane crashed it’s not a mystery.
I did also consider this, something that made me rule that out is watching the cloud from the explosion develop, could perhaps be the planes speed which isn’t as comparable to the speed of the plume of smoke🤷🏼♂️ Also random question, do new users to this site have a limit on new threads created?
Looking closer, missing frames doesn’t seem likely because the stuff on the patio in the foreground doesn’t seem to jump…definitely an odd anomaly. Can’t answer your new user question.
