you can see on this time stamp exactly when the picture was taken. at about 25 seconds. Otoyo is exactly oriented as per the picture. the commie guy even can be seen holding his hands like the pic. most convincing is the fact that at that exact moment in the video a flash of light from the flashbulb of a camera occurs. the very camera that produced the picture I bet. conspiracy theory averted
