I was denied due to a shortage of employees that can do my job. Wonder what happens when I refuse weekly coof testing. Will they fire me and be forced to give me severance?

You should insist that EVERYONE including management must take the weekly coof testing, or else nobody will.

Point to the CDC and FDA statements that the vaxed can carry and transmit the virus, so they are still infectious. If all don't get tested, then I won't either.
