Because the media says it is and so many believe it is. This is the realm of rhetoric. The dialectic is that the Warp Speed Vax program has made Covid rage. This is demonstrated by high vax rates tied to exponentially higher Covid rates. But they're so invested in the vax, and they can't speak against that. It's so long ago since they were rolled out that they can't blame Trump. Their narratives are tied in knots.
