Feels like a HIPPA violation to me. Isn't it a violation to require personal medical info to be disclosed?
No, it's not HIPPA.
That was my immediate thought but, it seems like it is not. Vaccines, again, seem to not fall into this protection.
HIPPA only applies to doctors and medical professionals. That defense doesn't work here.
The vax disclosure form and accompanying emails I received from my employer (State of California) didn't even reference Covid-19 - at all, anywhere.
I believe OSHA allows the employer to collect vax info 'for the safety of employees'.
How about we keep turning everything back on them. If they require vax status, so does the employee. Consider employees are more in contact with each other than does the boss with employees.
If they're going to require it of their employees, they've likely been cucked into taking it themselves.

My company in Texas is asking we all submit our vaccine status by oct 22. Got another email from the CEO today stating we will need to be fully vaccinated by Dec 8th. He appreciates our support in this matter blah blah he can get fkd.
I didn't have a problem giving this to my company. They just want to stay organize with it.
