As he pointed out in the video, we normally think of "accidents" as big things, wrecking your car, etc. But it's equally critical to be aware of momentary lapses from family members, people you interact with, and strangers, because people will begin to become aware of these in themselves, and become frustrated...potentially even angry and/or dangerous.
