I spoke with an attorney and they advised me not to state my reason for the religious exemption just that I have one.

Exemptions just kick the can down the road. They may accept it today, but they'll change the rules later and treat you as a second citizen anyways. Sad to say, but that's the truth.
When the Government can decide what is and isn't male/female they can easily decide what is and isn't a "religion."
I agree zero consent is the key.
Just saying, if your company is really like that, you may want to consider selling your labor to a different company, quit supporting the bad behavior and find one more based.
No point the company who is punishing you should flourish. Right now in rural America, you can make $32/hr starting. Just saying.

Actually, yes, at least those in our private group who have been granted exemptions are now requesting to be exempt from the n95 mask wearing and weekly testing, they are refusing to play along with this bullshit. I don't know anyone who has been exempted from those requirements but since I am permanently remote, I don't have to participate, yet.
