By not doing what they want , aren’t you being insubordinate ??
Not being an ass, my 9k person company mandated the death jab today. Don’t really know what to do. Not getting the shot, but it’s a lot of money. So lying seems cool to me until they sniff me out …
Are you still capable of doing your job, that they hired you for?
If so, then they have no excuse to fire you for any reason.
THEY changed the qualifications for the job, not YOU.
You're still able to do the job, just as you always have. It's their own standards about your own personal life that have changed.
So, don't bring up the "vaccines" and ignore them when they ask or confront you about it. Just do your job.
If they keep pressing you, ask them "Am I not currently doing the job you hired me to do? Have I gotten any complaints about the quality of my work?" Never mention you medical history.
They have no right to tell you what you can and can't do with your body, unless you signed something saying you've given up your bodily autonomy.
Make them fire you, but don't go on record refusing the clot shot. Just tell them you're waiting for more safety information. DON'T GIVE THEM A DATE. Just say you'll decide once you have more information.
Avoid ultimatums, agreements, deals, or notaries. Just keep working like covid doesn't exist.
Do all this, and you have legal standing to challenge them on coercion.
