Well I don't know about that. But there is an interesting picture from the meeting with Trump and Ms. May. Bolton seems to have monkeywrenched a plan there. He is the only one without water on the table. That would be a deal breaker when a unanimous vote is needed, and the first four people on the right look at him like "WTF, Dude".
