It’s so important to take care of ourselves during this time. We are each valuable to the movement, and our inner world often becomes our outer world. It’s vital we find positive ways to relieve tension.
I had a spontaneous family circle, sitting on the carpet some time ago. Family that hasn’t always seen eye to eye. We shared first and favorite memories of each other. This felt good and gave me a flying dream that night.
What about you? Think back to a time you felt free with good laughter.
Ive been making a conscious effort to do this for a year. Go for a walk...jump in the ocean...go have a drink. I’ve learned to relax this year & have lost 100 pounds.

That’s amazing! Sungazing and conscious breathing are my body’s best friends and I’ve been using public parks and libraries more.
You really took this nutty time and steered your own destiny to the best possible outcome. You could have been paralyzed, but you weren’t. You just kept moving forward. Blessings.

I am so much more relaxed, i sleep better, am less emotional, and my confidence level has risen. It was Sarah Connor time!!
The best part is that i have hardly visited with any of my friends since the plandemic started...Ive been skinny for a year, and they have no clue 😆
