Just like all the heavy topics in the world...people that don’t have to deal with it personally don’t want to think about it bc it makes them depressed. People are weak. They’ll only wake up when it affects their daily life. Like when they go to Starbucks and can’t get their coffee bc it’s short staffed. 🙄. True story today. I think the normies are semi waking up but they are sure pressing the snooze button
Ditto and if I have one more friend or family member ask me why I’m stressing out and going crazy over something I can’t change I’m going to scream. Why do so many think there is nothing they can do?
My standard response is asking them to imagine what this country would be called and be like if those in 1776 had that same complacent attitude? And then I ask them if they really care about the future of their children and grand children or are they only existing in life, concerned about just themself until they die. That usually ends the convo quickly.
My “friend” pool was never that large and is shrinking consistently every day. :(

Ugh just 4 more years
I literally had this exact same thing happen to me yesterday. They said they'd go crazy like me... almost verbatim.
