they want to control every aspect of your life, so you’ll be just as miserable as they are.
They absolutely hate you because you’re happy - and they’re not.

They dont love themselves because deep down they feel they are not worthy enough. They deny this and bury it down deep and redirect that hate to everyone else.
The only way to love yourself just as you are is to believe that you are the creation of a benevolent and beautiful Creator.
