only gets sentence of 1 Month's forfeiture of $5K and the judge has called for an investigation into the misconduct by the Command in the case. The judge said it seemed to him there was undue Command influence. -- Bernie Kerik #BannonsWarRoom

News bit that I saw said that it was now being referred to Secy Navy for determination of Honorable vs. (Less Than Honorable (my words)) discharge.
