There have been a lot of good posts by Anons regarding various aspects of this, and I think it's worth putting it all together.

First lets start with the Connecticut Submarine news on Oct 7th: Attack Submarine USS Connecticut Suffers Underwater Collision in South China Sea has an interesting tidbit. The name of its Captain is Bill Clinton ! (Source - linked article).

Second lets look at nuclear comms by decodingsymbols - It theorises that "nuclear weapons" symbolise "explosive blackmail" because they can both cause huge amount of destruction. This post particularly talks about Epstein and Hugh Hefner.

Fourth, lets remember that Oct 11 was the deadline the Judge had impsoted for the prosecutors in Ghislane Maxwell's case to disclose the co-conspirators to the defense

Lets put all this together.

Oct 7th: Comms says "Bill Clinton (captain's name), who runs big blackmail (nuclear comms) is down (submarine is injured)".

(Also worth exploring Submarine/TerraMar connection to Ghislane Maxwell)

This comm seems to be confirmed from the events:

Oct 10th: USS Connecticut is in Guam.

Oct 11th: Prosecutors must disclose the co-conspirators name to Ghislane Maxwell. Good possibility here is Bill Clinton. Once the name has been exposed, he needs to be arrested?

Oct 12th: Bill Clinton reportedly suffers from Sepsis and admitted to hospital. Cover for him being arrested ?

Adding another aspect to this theory by u/rahu77 that perhaps the USS Connecticut lead the operation to recover Bill Clinton from an underwater TerraMar facility. This theory certainly explains why Bill is in California. The submarine was in South China sea and made its way to Guam on Oct 10th, fitting into this timeline.

According to the linked post:

After arriving in Guam, two of the 11 sailors who were injured when the collision occurred were treated ashore and returned to the attack boat.

Perhaps these two sailors got injured during the operation ?
