I moved here about 2 years ago and the elevation here is much higher than where I was living. I'd say it's probably normal but seems strange to me since I'm not used to seeing the sky so clear at night at this elevation. Either it's increasing or I'm just looking at the skies more.
Beyond normal to see a few a night. I'm a hard core amateur astronomer, always looking up at night. Honest, if I DON'T see one per evening, I find it weird.
Watched a really good one actually just last night from the front deck while out having a smoke. Every month except June I believe have somewhat of a meteor shower. But seriously, 100%+ normal to see a shooting star every night.
Weird, because I just saw a shooting star a couple nights ago, when I was outside with my kids. I haven't seen one of those since the 90s. Maybe I should start looking at the sky more often & see if I see anything.
You have a very good eye. There are multiple signs in the heavens at this time. The luminescence of certain stars is higher than it has been in recorded astronomical observation; there are "satellites" or orbiting bodies that have never been accounted for, as well. There are also changes in the chemical composition of the upper atmosphere that are making long-distance observation from earth even easier. There are meteor showers that are occurring earlier than predicted and are NOT being announced or talked about as they usually are.
Many, many things are afoot. God has directed you to see these things, as many do not even look up and are totally unaware. The changes are much talked about by astronomers but publicly they are disavowed. Easy to prove, but not easy to get discussed in the media.
I see a dozen or more almost every night where I live. It's really fascinating.

very normal ;)
What if they are obsolete satellites being knocked out of orbit?? Or, possibly active threats...

I’ll keep an eye. Have you noticed how much brighter 1-2 stars/planets are in the sky? It just stands out to me almost every night
