Pedes, This journey is long and arduous. I've felt pretty isolated, alone, and stressed about what's going on in the world. It's gotten to a point where I can't have a healthy relationship with my girlfriend of 3 years. She's not fully awake, but she isn't a complete npc either.
How do you keep yourself positive through all this, and how do you clean yourself of this negativity? The last thing I want is to bring this stress and negativity onto the people I care about.

Rest and Relaxation. It can also be EML. Environmental and Morale Leave.
Step back. Unpack your shitbag. It's too full and you can't put new shit in it. You're gonna rip the seams if you keep going without taking a break to unpack.
I suggest you ban yourself from social and news media until you're no longer stressed.
The world won't disappear without you eyeballing it constantly.
And remember, if you can't take care of your own self, you're not gonna be there when your loved ones need it most.
