Whenever my throat starts to feel scratchy I gargle with colloidal silver and then slowly swallow. Lysine is a good preventative, the magic cure ingredient in chicken soup available in capsules. Also garlic, eaten raw (nice on avocado with a little balsamic vinegar). I was advised about this by an elderly man who never had a day off sick, quite an achievement.
Me too! Since so many Polish delis have gone, there aren't many places left that stock it. I get the German sort with white wine and add caraway when cooking. As for cues, Mrs Ellwood Haimisha are the best, perfect with home made burgers.

Funnily enough I haven't long had chicken soup, and I tossed in the remains of my pot of raw garlic and dill sauerkraut ;)
Thank you for the tips. These are the things it's crucial we're all sharing amongst each other now and going forward.
Mmm, dill sauerkraut... Perfect with pork. One of the few must have foods like pickled cues I crave from time to time. Good stuff.
