These agents do block retroviruses from replicating and replacing itself inside your platelets. We have a problem with these RNA from populating our immune cells and platelets.
If you read my above post, the way to get rid of any programming would be these agents, NAC, quercetin does one specific thing, it helps remove old cells that have gone into senescence. Senescence is when we have “dead” cells, they are cells that stop helping but unlike cancer cells, while they are useless, they populate the bloodstream and prevent healthy cells from taking over.
Cells that are used up from a viral infection become senescent. This is what aging is. Age is when we replace all our healthy active cells with inactive ones but they aren’t cancer, just dead cells that are alive so they interfere with making new cells.
The more senescence you have essentially the older body age you have. You can be 49, like me, and look 39 and when we test my body age, which I have done, my body age is a decade younger because I’ve been taking these things for years. Quercetin is linked to age. We age less as it prevents cellular senescence. Covid or the vaccines will provoke cellular senescence and quercetin will challenge it.
The other extremely helpful thing is Finnish saunas or high heat. It will destroy senescent cells because they aren’t as adaptable as healthy living cells.
We do become zombies over time as our bodies fill up with senescent cells which look normal but can’t function. All anti-aging measures target cellular senescence.
A hot sauna or bath will remove these cells and to provoke repopulated healthy cells you need cold. Hot and cold extremes are linked to younger body age and a magical action. Look up Wim Hof who’s broken all these records climbing the highest mountains in shorts. No one knows how he can do it. It’s hot and cold extremes, he replaces his worn out cells with new ones and he became super human. They tried to study him, and can’t figure out how to call it woo because he’s not unreal. He found the ticket to stopping cellular senescence.
Here’s one where they injected iceman with toxins and other things. He survived when no human could. Most of these studies are on the benefits you receive from pushing yourself out of your comfort zone but you need to be positive about it not dooming how uncomfortable you are. One can train the body to attack pathogens with careful mental focus. They can’t put down Wim Hof, they have tried and can’t.
G tummo breathing. Tibetan monks are basically amazing. Deep be.ly breathing can unlock superhuman warming.
I watched a friend who studies G tummo lower his pulse to 35. This was in the hospital around medical professionals so it was crazy. He was one of the techs helping us, and went from a resting pulse of 70 to 35 with sheer will and deep breathing exercises.
One should not practice near water as you can become so relaxed you’ll pass out.
They say Wim Hof can withstand below zero temps because of controlled breathing. He can basically do things his twin brother can’t though until he started the Wim Hof breathing method, now he can do these things proving it’s not some kind of genetic alteration. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fspor.2021.700757/full
I read an article awhile ago about how we as a society are constantly in "comfortable" temperature environments. Our bodies internally become lazy for lack of a better word. The way you described the cells, makes sense.
After reading that, I started going outside in extreme temperatures. I live in the desert. Summer I sit and sweat. Winter, walk early morning in cold. I can knock out a 10k no problem. The cold is refreshing and I believe acts as an anti-inflammatory. That's how it feels.
Your information is really valuable. I look forward to reading more. Thanks :-)
Awesome! These are my opinions but you can readily look them up as others are challenging these aging narratives in the same ways.
I follow a scientist who has all but said the army has captured his patent and they can reduce your cells down to a base programming where it can renew itself. He’s made old mice young and the army and intelligence kind of came in and took it over. But he can legally give hints and does. You have to piece it together.
Something about using doxycycline as it’s toxic and causes a rapid aging process in the cells, get to that point and use these hot and cold extremes to reset. This is what I do, plus the doxycycline is one of those antibiotics known to prevent viral infections. I know that RNA or viruses are more than just what we know. It’s some sort of information that exists everywhere, when it makes us sick, we are in some sort of unhealthy state.
We have a healthy virobiome just like microbiome. Black pepper has healthy viruses. People in the past intuited these things but I notice when I stop grinding fresh black pepper I get sick more. If we have a healthy diet, there are things in nature that help us.
I have loads of alternative science but it’s newer science. Yes we do not get temp extremes and you are absolutely right about it.
You might not agree with all my statements but I’m never closed minded. I like when people challenge me because I often discover more or challenge old biases I’m carrying. I’m not new here, been following since the beginning but never posted.
Thank you again for more info. I'm determined more than ever to heal myself using natural alternatives. I have some research to do. Which I enjoy. Glad you're posting
I have aleays wondered about this without having proper terminology to put my finger on. I grew up in Alaska, and it's pretty chilly most of the year, bitterly cold for a small portion and relatively warm in the summers. I got stuck at maybe the cold slows things and high heat rejuvenates one's self. Rarely get sick. But this, your explanation, is like turning on lights in an attic that's been dark forever. Wow. 🤯

Great post!
Any more info on the studies of Wim Hof and what they found by studying him! Thx
