It's fucking bullshit. Same with finding any laws they violate. Got a few days to push against the unconstitutional mandate, as I don't trust my colleague/shop steward because he's kinda dumb, and also has his nose buried in the ass of our union delegate.
I have an idea of what I want to put in a letter, which is going to multiple entities. First will be that it's against my religion, second that it violates civil rights, third I want some "official" and unofficial resources, such as anecdotal evidence of doctors using therapeutics vs the CDC/FDA narrative, while also using CDC/FDA resources to show the dangers. Next will obviously be the violation of the Nuremberg Code.
It will obviously be respectful but firm.
They are violating Employment law i.e. it is not in your contract to undergo experiments. They are also violating Human rights laws i.e, informed consent - at the very least they should be outlining that the vaccine can kill, or make you infertile, not just the 'sore arm' narrative. Furthermore, there are Privacy laws, in that a company has no right to know what medical procedures you are or are not having. They are now saying that if you do not divulge your vaccination status, then they will 'assume' you are an antivaxxer. This is of course, impossible, and can be contested in court. They should not make assumptions about you based on no information. However, the Resident has published the executive order now, which can only be overturned by a President, not congress. Nevertheless, it is aimed at federal employees, if you are not working as a federal employee, there is still room to argue there. Re: religious exemption, look up VivaBarnes they have some pointers about it. Realise that you do not have to have a pastor in order to develop a conscience: it is personal and does not require that you have some type of proof.
