I can ship you a tube of paste to hold you off. Every little notch on the plunger Is 4mg I take 12mg 1x a week with high zinc.

You should also get her on daily quercetin + zinc + vit d + vit c to really boost immune system.

There is a post saying they are trying to mess up NAC and Quercetin supplies.

Edit: I take 1 capsule daily so half the amount of what the label states.
