She’s a mom of 2 boys and has her husband to think of too. I don’t want her getting pushed into the vax out of desperation, because she is super strongly against it. She has already called the Governor’s office and her local representative, with no response. Does anyone have any helpful information I can pass to her? Thanks in advance.

Saved this from another page. IF YOUR BOSS THREATENS YOU WITH FIRING IF NOT VACCINATED DON'T REFUSE:
The secret is NOT to refuse the jab and do not sign anything!
From a lawyer:
If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here’s a great way to handle it. (Conditional acceptance)
The secret is NOT to refuse it.
“I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead. I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements.”:
Can you please advise the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?
Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?
Can you please advise the entire list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?
Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?
Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT experimental mRNA gene altering therapy?
Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?
Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?
Can you please advise me if I were to experience any adverse reactions is the manufacturer of the vaccine liable? If the manufacturer isn’t liable will the company I’m currently employed with with be responsible & liable as it is their request that I have the vaccine in order to carry on my employment?
Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions – namely that:
You confirm in writing that I will suffer no harm.
Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.
In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.
The point is that if they CANNOT provide that information you’ve NOT refused.
One of the swindles employers seem to do is use a multiple choice HR form that you are demanded to do by a certain 'deadline'
And no other choices. Further to the above advice, I dont think anyone should submit these forms either since they will be used against you and your interests.
If asked why, say that none of the items are applicable and therefore you couldn't submit the form. And leave it there.
Well, they legally can't demand any of that info. We must start playing offense instead of defense. We need to start threatening them back. If the head of HR demands private information, let them know in no uncertain terms you will not be giving up your civil rights. If you are not left alone secure in your job, you will come after them personally, not just the company. There is no such thing as "just following orders". Oh, and the Nuremberg trial sent people to jail, not just fined them. We have got to start scaring the you know what out of these petty little tyrants.
I was a supervisor for over 30 years. The easiest way to fire someone is for attendance. Most other causes for termination are subjective, so the company will usually not fire people if they worry they might get sued. So be sure to be on time and at work everyday. Don't give businesses an easy out.
Exact same for my job too
If you can't get a response from governor's office or representative, just don't quit. Make them fire her and then take them to court for loss of wages and mental stress (punitive damages).
Is the company a federal contractor?
No they are not.
The only SURE way is religious exemption. If you try medical or anything else you will be shit out of luck. Read this recent post
https://greatawakening.win/p/13zgNfoelN/you-arent-requesting-a-religious/c/
Funny enough our HR is telling people the Medical exemption is the way to go if you dont want to be vaxed
"You aren't REQUESTING a religious exemption. You are telling your employer that they are in violation of TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 if they don't accept your exemption. Remind them of how expensive civil rights cases are. "
I'm wondering myself as I'm not in Texas yet my employer is HQ'd there.
