She’s a mom of 2 boys and has her husband to think of too. I don’t want her getting pushed into the vax out of desperation, because she is super strongly against it. She has already called the Governor’s office and her local representative, with no response. Does anyone have any helpful information I can pass to her? Thanks in advance.

The only SURE way is religious exemption. If you try medical or anything else you will be shit out of luck. Read this recent post

Funny enough our HR is telling people the Medical exemption is the way to go if you dont want to be vaxed
"You aren't REQUESTING a religious exemption. You are telling your employer that they are in violation of TITLE VII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 if they don't accept your exemption. Remind them of how expensive civil rights cases are. "
