When we take our world back and recreate it free of all evil intentions the education process has to change massively.
When we acknowledge that we all have our own skills and talents and enjoy different learning processes, then we can start to invent education that works for everyone.
Maybe a way to provide cover for the public school system because in a few years the colleges are going to be flooded with home-schooled students with scores that blow the public school students out of the water,
Most of these colleges appear to be making this a temporary change for AY2021-22 only -- so not permanent. Just to clarify.
The question is: will they continue with this policy regardless and eventually do away with testing altogether? The way colleges are going lately, I wouldn't doubt a complete rejection of the ACTs or SATs.
IMHO, most colleges and the degree programs they offer are devil deals meant to enslave kids into massive debt. Such a shame, because college can be an absolutely amazing experience for the smart, motivated, and driven among us.
