No, see what you don't get is they consider more than 1 case an "outbreak"; even though that is a serious bit of mental gymnastics and a stretch that rivals the abilities of Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic Four.

Up here in WA, Inslee's health gestapo targeted a Christian school to be shut down due to... get this... TWO CASES IN CHILDREN.
