I am sure this is what you were leading up to, but I think its important enough to state it explicitly:

In future if people have had their genes mutated to create Spike proteins (or anything else due to future vaccines), NO ONE other than the patent holders will be able to create a kit to detect this. So they can claim its not happening and you will have no way to disprove it.
