Would there be riots? If all Fed contractors and all businesses with 100 or more employees must why not welfare? Why are there no lawsuits here?

It would never get to that. There would be protests and mayhem in the streets. I believe this is the reason why the EO didn't mention this.

Taking the idea from their own books, a well placed rumor of it happening, would destroy their vax mandate by placing fear in the one place the cabal doesn't want it.
