The Q team may be working from the top down, but we should be working from the ground up regardless. I'm at a loss at this point on how to get the .win admins to add this feature. Would be such an easy add. Until then we can all keep this ten thousand foot view of the world that leaves us all hanging in powerlessness.

I'd use that feature. It would be very handy. There other things I'd like them to fix in the base platform and I'd bet they have a long list of change requests in that category queued up ahead of new features. I've been a developer for near 40 years and these things are a constant tug-o-war. I really like your idea though.
I'm sure there are other improvements that can and should be made. I'm just a little frustrated they can't prioritize this one. If their goal is to help throw off the communists, we need to be able to think, communicate, and mobilize locally. As I've said on this subject in other posts, thanks to this site, I know more about what's happening in Australia and South America than I do my home state of Utah. Some things are more important than others.
