Well, there would certainly be other reasons why Deep State Demoncrats wouldn't want to prosecute a reported BLM-activist Dem-thug-with-a-badge who shot a "patriot".
But with everyone on both the Deep State side, with their flagrant false-flag event, and on the White Hat side, who is evidently happy letting the overwhelming evidence pile up before the storm triggers a landslide... yes, it's pretty easy to see why this never went to trial.
It looked fake and staged to me. No blood to speak of and the 'EMS' crew was incredibly incompetent. On top of that, just happened to be someone there to film it and just happened to be an 'EMS' crew in close proximity.

I think it’s too clownish for a White Hat production; I don’t believe they roll false-flag-style; the whole Capitol incursion was transparently staged by Deep State so I don’t think this episode wasn’t too; I think the reason they had a “patriot” killed is to make the “insurrection” a “deadly” event but to have a victim conservatives wouldn’t doubt; and I can’t imagine for a second the Dems would miss the opportunity to call out something this obviously false if they didn’t plan it.
But I’m happy to debate this, or just disagree. But what I can’t see anyone honest disagreeing on is that it’s plainly faked.
It looked hokey as hell but I don't quite get the angle of it being a long con with her family on tv, civil suit, putting the shooter on tv, etc. I think they could just memory hole the entire situation.

It’s a burrito-sized redpill. Dare them to watch it, and then tell you she was actually shot in the Capitol. They may still try to insist she was killed climbing through that window, but they won’t believe it. And they will start to doubt everything they’ve been told.
I hope you are right. For some of the serious sleepers the more I make sense the angrier they get. Downright hostile and even the passive ones have outbursts. I haven’t researched that but I’ll bet anger occurs when awakening from brain washing.
Bringing the truth to the lie-soaked is like childbirth - neither is pretty, or painless, or easy, but they’re both ultimately beautiful, and good, and necessary.
This is one part of all this insurrection crap that I cannot make sense of. The “incident” absolutely looked staged to me. But then they wheeled her out, topless, performing CPR, and I started to think, “what if she was double-crossed and they really did take her out behind the scenes?” But my confusion is, why would SHE be an actor on the side of the DS? She certainly appeared to be a genuine Trump fan. I just can’t figure out what was in it for her to participate in the Big Lie that day.
I distinctly recall hearing right after Jan 6th that she was hard up for money, and then never heard that again, like it became forbidden to say. 🤷♂️
As for what happened to her, I very much doubt she is still alive - a good rule in life is to never fake your death in a situation where powerful people need you to be dead. I’m sure she got taken out days later in Costa Rica, and disposed of in acid (that, combined with her sketchy “autopsy” and quick cremation eliminates any physical evidence of an ol’ switcheroo). But the evidence, as can be seen in this video, and is to my knowledge uncontested, makes it almost 100% certain she was not shot at the Capitol that day. The angles, the actions, the blood, the scripted play acting of everyone around her, the cheeseball cringey announcements of “they killed a girl!” To insist that was real is just another example of the same total gaslighting (“Who do you believe, the trusted media or your own lying eyes?”) that we’ve seen ceaselessly since 11/3. Fake as hell.
