The reason I ask is that we experienced a blackout over the weekend that affected the east side of Akron, OH and the suburbs on that side of the city. Power resumed 4 hours later and no explanation was provided for the blackout. Yesterday, the city of Cuyahoga Falls lost power and it’s still out 24 hours later. This city, north of Akron, runs its own power company and has not had a power outage in several years. Hearing of this, I wonder if we’re being prepped for something.

One that wasn't alcohol driven?
I was thinking that very same thought. Lol
I'm in Houston and the power in my area has been sketchy. Randomly goes out and comes back on after 30 minutes or so. It has happened the past couple of Sundays. No weather or anything like that.
You don't have any weather at all? Wow, what's that actually like? /s ;)
Lol no "weather" that would cause power loss
:)
