Any person who, having sworn an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, commits treason against the nation, loses everything, including their Constitutional rights and rights under the Geneva Conventions, IIRC. They retain only human rights to food, water, and toileting.
First they have to be adjudicated guilty of treason, so good luck with that :)
