Wanted a body found perhaps and why did the earlier THOROUGH SEARCH of that same area not see a backpack and notebook (not with the body) but NEAR it. Now they find it... yeah call it fishy.

That area of the park was underwater; The waters receded a few days ago, the park opened back up & hikers allegedly found the remains.

Lends credence as to why the body's in such a state if deterioration (water + wildlife).
