Durham's team is generating the sealed indictments.

The military will be used (NG + Marines - legally) to round them up.

Some will be civilian trials ("low level thugs" e.g. RICO, gangs, Antifa, etc). Some military tribunals ("high level" eg. politicians, CEO's, etc. for treason: china $, collusion to subvert, etc.).
