Why does Durham matter if military is the only way? Can he recommend military trials?

Don’t really know what he has the power to do Edit Thx for the sticky. Have been wondering about corrupt judges etc
I've thought alot about this question. My best guess right now is that there are two core sets of indictments. One being held by the military for those who aided and abetted the CCP and others in the Insurrection against the US and the attendant campaign of biological warfare. Note that Trump has repeated several times in the past weeks that the real Insurrection happened on 11/3/2020. I believe that he means this literally, especially when you factor in the order to disperse that he published on 1/6/21.
The other set is the civilian indictments, consolidated under Durham, but compiled by likely many people. These would be the sealed cases that we have been seeing pile up since 2017. Recall that John Huber's investigation of the Clinton Foundation was rolled into Durham's Special Counsel. This would also, in my opinion, include most of the pedo stuff. The Clinton/Epstein connection is a keystone that could blow that whole side of this thing open.
These, I believe, however will both end up being tried in military courts (or perhaps FEMA courts??). Reason being, I believe that before this is over we are going to see some sort of cataclysmic event that would render the civilian court system incapacitated or unavailable. Possibly an attempted nuclear attack on the US (note the chatter about missiles lately from both China and Iran) Military courts are used to try crimes under the law of war, but as MajicEyesQnly has pointed out, they can also be used when civilian courts are unavailable. This massively expedites the process for both sets of cases, and bypasses any corrupt judges or procedural bullshit that we might run into in the civilian legal system.
Great insight, thank you pede
