Fake news article used to sow the seed of distrust in the new social media platform before it is even a thing - expect more "anonymous" type "news" articles to come. A social media platform that cannot protect users' information is doomed to fail - making the impression that "Truth" is easily hacked is the intent of this propaganda piece.
