Not really. They all track your movement so no matter what you buy... if you take it home then your identity can easily be deciphered.

yes, there is no true animinity. however most people dont have access or the desire.VPNs have back doors. Multiple redundancy in everything data Triangulate via cell towers is more pain in the ass than finding you via GPS

Yes you would not have it on at all with battery removed while at home. And even wrapped in several layers of tin foil for the ultra paranoid.
