They were all knowingly and fraudulently put in their positions the same way? Maybe they know they have to play it so appear they're all in agreement on everything.

I think you're not really grasping my question.

Tyrants who kill in secret are still tyrants

This organization is supposedly successful due to the fact all of their actions are done in secret right? Even a high profile case like Epstein, we don't know what happened due to things being sabotaged so nobody was able to see the whole thing.

Nobody knew this woman before. None of us had ever heard of her. So, if she were a target, why wouldn't they eliminate her in a way that would arouse the least amount of suspicion from other civilians? That completely goes against everything they have done until now.
