Yep. Saw it about a week ago as I monitor earthquakes worldwide on an app I have. Not a hoax. I would add the screen shot of it, but have no idea how to. Go to the app Earthquake. Set it on 2. Find Spain, then follow OFF the coast until you find La Palma. It’s just off Tenerife’s western coast.
I’ll have a look but on my app, it gives different colours/shapes for different size, ie, small yellow dot or a large red square. So what I see on the grid pattern is overlapping small circles on top of a red square, etc. Meaning in that area they have had say a 2, then a 3, then another 2 then a 4.2 etc. And if they were monitors, it’s melting the water pipes way underground and it covers such a large area where the lava is spreading how are these monitors placed or not destroyed by the heat? I have never ever seen a grid system in all the years I have been monitoring earthquakes. I might drop Mary Greeley an email. Thanks!
Sorry, probably should have explained myself more clearly. 😊. The underground water pipes to the banana plantations in the area of the lava flow have melted. This is why they are now shipping in water.

Try zooming in closer (if you can) and you would find that these are the sensors reporting the volcanism. Read my explanation above.

Many of these sensors do get destroyed but in the area you are viewing is not where the lava is flowing.
Water pipes? No, these are piezoelectric sensors.
