Good job! Sea salt is great for you because it has alot of the necessary minerals our bodies need to thrive. Table salt is just bleached down to no end leaving only the sodium chloride which has no real benefit to us except raising our blood pressure. I take Celtic sea salt and pour it into a Mason jar about 1/3 full and the rest with water and let sit overnight until the salt crystals dissolve to the bottom leaving just some remains of them left. I just add a single table spoon from that jar to a glass of water and it tastes pretty good.
Disclaimer: if you choose to do this. Be sure not to use a metal lid as the salt will react with the metal making the water bad, use a rubber seal or some sort.
Yeah you drink the water after adding the table spoon or even a teaspoon of the salt water. I usually add it to a big glass of water. If it tastes to salty try a smaller spoonful. I believe that would be equal to your daily salt intake.
