First, they use damaged cows. These cows are A1 cows, which were designed in a lab. A2 cows are the original, natural cows.
The cows get fed crap, so they have to be pumped with antibiotics. They get hormones to make them grow quickly and push out way more milk.
The milk is heated (pastureized), which kills off the good bacteria and enzymes. Then, it is homogenized, which harms the fat and protein molecules.
The process kills off the real Vitamin A and Vitamin D, so they "fortify" the milk with Vit. A & D. Except, it is not real Vit. A & D. It is heated vegetable oils that have a "molecular structure similar to vitamin A and vitamin D," so Big Agriculture can legally call it Vit A/D even though it is not.
The process also changes it to an unnatural color, so they add chalk to make it look white.
It's all this sort of stuff that makes me want to raise my own food. As far as I know it's illegal (in Australia and a lot of places) to sell raw milk. The whole system is broken.
I have long wondered what they have done to cows milk that babies can't drink it. Nowadays they have to have FORMULA at $20 a can.
Here's what they do --

Here in the midwest (US) also. They say if you drink it you will die.
