It does sound arrogant.

But then again he did reverse engineer the algorithm they used to cheat, which turned out to be based off of the 2010 census numbers. And he then went to work and found that the algorithm had been used to manipulate the vote in 3,007 counties, while working secretly behind the scenes as the AZ audit was distracting everyone's attention.
