Does anyone know what time the Rumble announcement is supposed to happen? Hopefully it is before the market closes - I'm bleeding out -but still holding

Im no market guy, but it seems the real regulators (big boy traders) are working it down.
It looks like an announcement was made but it doesn't connect DWAC to Rumble.

Does this Rumble announcement have anything to do with DWAC?
The DWAC is down to about 66, so it would be a good opportunity to get in (I got in at 40, but would like to buy some more).
i woke up to dwac at $84, watched it drop to $68 and put in $900 at $68
really wish i got in earlier but im new to trading stocks, and im happy that it atleast dropped 20%
Stocks do not like gaps in trading ranges. This is trading back through the gap up that took place last week.
I am buying and hodling, waiting for the market manipulators to move on to something else. The short sellers are playing the games right now.
