Very cool. Locals is really good. Rumble on the other hand... well... let's just say it needs improvement.

Yup. NOT a robust tool. Hate (and avoid) watching vids that don't have basic functionality like closed captioning and speed choice.

closed captioning is not 'basic'. That means all vids have to run through speech recognition.
