She didn't have to get the shot and she could have kept her job. Whatever attorney she consulted should be fired.
There are some good people out there just afraid of losing their jobs, as they are the sole support for their families. That job security weighed against the risks from the vaccine, especially when they know some of their own sisters who’ve gotten it, wins over their hesitancy. Once it’s done, it’s done, and all of us have to understand those in our own family can makes those choices. It may hurt us to the core and scare the bejeezus out of all of us, but all we can do is pray.
The companies are saying that people must provide proof of vaccination or have a religious exemption.
The religious exemption I posted is airtight. Therefore people don't have to get the jab, they can just get the exemption.
The mistake most people make with the exemption is they do it wrong. They fill out a form from their employer, and they answer a bunch of questions about their religion, or provide a letter from their pastor, etc. That is all wrong. Simply provide the above exemption text which already explains why you can't fill out their form.
