My wife works at our local hospital as a medical coder. They recently made the jab mandatory. She isn't getting it. She filed a religious exemption a few weeks ago and just learned that they're going to deny them all tomorrow. I know it's technically illegal for them to do this. Anyone got any sauce I can have her print out to present to their lawyer?

Sorry you're having to deal with this... Honestly, I think this is one giant sting operation. Trump will return us to law and order and these companies that fired employees when it clearly is illegal to force an experimental treatment on anyone (thank you Nuremberg Code!) will end up being owned by the ex-employees through very winnable legal battles.
In the meantime, however... You just have to do what's best for you all. Get fired and find work elsewhere. Do NOT quit.
Still only emergency use authorized, therefore must be optional...FDA approval on Comirnaty license, which had additional side effect data requirements not met and its not manufactured or available in US. FDA approval of any drug/vaccine also requires fully completed animal trials, of which there are zero.
