So... He kissed her? Then when he realized she did not reciprocate he apologized? And then still felt bad about it days later and apologized AGAIN?

Sorry a quick unwanted kiss is not "sexual assault" in my book, especially since he immediately stopped when he realized that she did not reciprocate.

That is... IF THIS HAPPENED AT ALL. Sounds totally made up to me
