I'm sorry, but that didn't quite work for us. Feb or March (in Florida-) we were pretty much following this but we were working graveyard shift and got home with something: Chills, fever of 101, (when my normal body temp is closer to 97.1 than 98.6) and felt miserable. took my vitamins, drank plenty of water, had soup when I could and recovered. As far as I'm concerned, I'm immune to COVID.
