This is like the ways the drug companies avoid liability....

Biden sets a date, signaling private businesses and other orgs as to when to force compliance.....After the date is set and the organizations have created plans to enact, the Admin backs off the drop-dead date with little fanfare....Then the Organizations proceed to execute the plan on that timeline....allowing the Biden Admin to deny they have responsibility for a mandated vaXXX.

remember that there are no laws and OSHA hasn't done anything. Biden's "mandate" is all smoke and mirrors
